Job summary

Richland-Post-Acute is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to supervise day-to-day nursing activities across the facility during your shift. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines, oversee nursing staff, participate in care planning and discharge planning, and coordinate with physicians and support personnel to maintain quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN license in the state.
• Current CPR certification.
• 2+ years of long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak English.
• Knowledge of PCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning with the team.
• Review nurses' notes for accuracy and adherence to care plans.
• Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules.
• Coordinate staff development and in-service training.
• Attend committee meetings as required.
