Job summary

Bond Health in New York is seeking an RN Supervisor for a Nursing and Rehab Facility. The role requires an NYS RN license and 3 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in long-term care, with demonstrated leadership and clinical competence. You will coordinate resident care, supervise staff, and ensure accurate documentation and timely rounds, while maintaining safety and quality care across units.

Qualifications

• RN license for New York State.
• 3 years nursing experience, with at least 1 year in long-term care.
• Demonstrated competence as a nursing practitioner.
• Demonstrated leadership and human-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, implementing and evaluating resident care.
• Perform daily environmental rounds to identify and fix issues.
• Submit an RNS Checklist to ADNS monthly.
• Conduct daily clinical rounds for all residents on report and on precautions.
• Schedule comprehensive rounds with the charge nurse to evaluate care.
• Oversee grooming and personal care needs for all residents.
• Review nursing documentation and care plans with charge nurses.
