Job summary

Bond Health in Brooklyn is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for either full-time or part-time employment. The position offers excellent salary and weekly pay.

The RN Supervisor will oversee nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs), ensure adherence to facility policies, provide patient care when needed, collaborate with medical and social work teams, and participate in admissions and staffing. Prior supervisory experience and an active RN license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in New York State.
• Experience in long-term care, nursing rehab, or hospital settings preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full supervision and oversight of staff.
• Supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs and other staff.
• Ensure adherence to facility rules and procedures.
• Provide medical care to patients as needed.
• Coordinate with medical and social work teams to provide care.
• Conduct admissions for new residents.
• Primary responder to emergencies during shifts.
• Maintain and update all required documents and records.
• Participate in recruitment and staffing as necessary.
• Other duties as required by the facility.
