Job summary

Bond Health in New York is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for our state-of-the-art nursing and rehab facility. You will oversee resident care, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a compassionate environment for residents, families, and staff.

Requirements include a NY RN license and 6 months to 1 year as an RN supervisor in long-term care, plus demonstrated leadership and clinical competence. Weekly pay and strong team support are offered.

Qualifications

• Current NY RN license is required.
• 6 months to 1 year experience as RN supervisor in long-term care.
• Demonstrated competence as a nursing practitioner.
• Demonstrated leadership and human relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Maintain appropriate nursing guidelines and care standards.
• Provide a compassionate environment for residents, families, and staff.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
• Protect resident confidentiality and manage documentation.
• Coordinate planning, implementation and evaluation of resident care.
• Perform daily environmental rounds and address issues.
