Job summary

Eastbrook Healthcare Center in Cleveland, Ohio seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Night Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and patient care during the night shift. This role requires strong leadership, clinical judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Night Supervisor will mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate shift handoffs, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in Ohio.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in a Nursing Home facility.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates nursing activities on the night shift to ensure high standards of care.
• Mentors and supports nursing staff, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
• Conducts shift hand-offs to ensure continuity of care and effective communication among staff.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives and tracks performance indicators.
• Reviews and documents incidents, accidents, and other relevant patient care issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• - Supervises and coordinates nursing activities on the night shift to ensure high standards of care.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay: Based Upon Experience

• Night Shift (7p-7a) (Rotating Weekends)
