The role emphasizes teamwork, on-call duties with other nursing leadership, and adherence to FBH policies. A PA RN license and prior acute or long-term care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the State of PA.
• Experience as RN in acute care or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, support and guidance.
• Ensure safe, high-quality nursing care and proper documentation.
• Supervise nursing staff and conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate with DON, HR, and facility admin as needed and participate in committees.
