WeCare Centers is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at The Green Home Center in Wellsboro, PA. You will oversee nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and support the clinical team with leadership and supervision.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, coordinating with the DON and interdisciplinary team, ensuring documentation accuracy, and participating in compliance and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing staff as a professional role model.
• Ensure policy compliance and proper documentation.
• Maintain a safe, healthy environment and use proper techniques.
• Ensure accurate nursing documentation.
• Communicate with Residents, families, vendors and the care team.
• Participate in compliance and quality improvement activities.
• Conduct nursing staff evaluations, coaching and supervision.
• Monitor care delivery and conduct audits.
• On-call duties with other Nursing Leadership Staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
