Greenwood Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Lewistown, PA is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor (RN) to lead clinical care for residents during overnight hours. The role offers competitive hourly pay up to $40, sign-on and retention bonuses, and shift differentials, with flexible schedules and safe patient-to-staff ratios.

As RN Supervisor, you will oversee staff, ensure regulatory compliance, report to the Director of Nursing, and maintain open communication with families.

Qualificações

• Must hold current and active RN license in the state of PA.
• Experience supervising nursing staff on night shift preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and care standards.
