Job summary

The RN Supervisor Nights at California Rehabilitation Institute in Los Angeles directs nursing staff and ensures the plan of care for the patient population, reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer. You will coordinate shift operations, serve as a resource, and mentor staff to maintain high standards of care.

The role requires 3+ years as an RN with some managerial experience, a valid RN license in California, BLS at hire, ACLS within 6 months, and CRRN eligibility.

Job Description

The RN Supervisor reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and working alongside nurses, you will direct assigned nursing personnel, serving as a resource person and consultant to ensure the plan of care for the patient population.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Three or more years as an RN, with one or more years managerial experience preferred
• Valid state RN license required
• BSN or enrollment in BSN program requiredBLS is required at hire
• ACLS is required within 6 months of hire
• CRRN required after meeting eligibility requirements

Preferred Experience

• Two ( 2) or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
• One ( 1) or more years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity is preferred.BSN or enrollment in BSN program is preferred.

Post offer employment testing (POETs) are completed as part of the onboarding process - to be completed before an employee's first day of work.
