Job summary

California Rehabilitation Institute is seeking an RN Supervisor for night shifts to direct nursing personnel and ensure optimal care plans for patients. The role involves acting as a resource and consultant to support the plan of care and daily operations.

The successful candidate will have a valid RN license, BSN or be enrolled in a BSN program, and must obtain ACLS within 6 months. CRRN eligibility is required after meeting criteria.

Qualifications

• Three or more years as an RN with one or more years managerial experience preferred.
• Valid state RN license required.
• BSN or enrollment in BSN program required; BLS required at hire.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• CRRN required after meeting eligibility requirements.

The RN Supervisor reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and working alongside nurses, you will direct assigned nursing personnel, serving as a resource person and consultant to ensure the plan of care for the patient population.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Three or more years as an RN, with one or more years managerial experience preferred

• BSN or enrollment in BSN program requiredBLS is required at hire

• CRRN required after meeting eligibility requirements

Preferred Experience

• Two (2) or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
• One (1) or more years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity is preferred.BSN or enrollment in BSN program is preferred.
