Job summary

California Rehabilitation Institute in Century City, Los Angeles, CA is seeking a RN Supervisor (Night Shift) to lead nursing teams and ensure high-quality patient care from 7:00pm to 7:30am.

The role offers a pay rate of $59.17–$79.13 per hour, plus a $10k sign-on bonus. The RN will oversee nursing staff, implement policies, and collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Three or more years as an RN, with one or more years of managerial experience preferred.
• Valid state RN license required.
• BSN or enrollment in BSN program required.
• BLS is required at hire.
• ACLS is required within 6 months of hire.
• CRRN required after meeting eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Providing and overseeing nursing care.
• Implementing hospital and departmental philosophy and objectives.
• Overseeing the implementation of approved policies and practices by nursing staff, correcting problems and re-educating as the need arises.
• Collaborating with appropriate persons for continuity of care under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer.
• Implements and maintains systems of care delivery to assure the highest quality of nursing care in a coordinated and continuous fashion.
