This full-time role reports to the Director of Nursing and focuses on supervising staff, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high clinical standards.

The ideal candidate will have an active PA RN license, prior supervisory experience in long-term care, strong communication, and decisive clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania required.
