The Gardens at Easton in Easton, PA is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff on the night shift and ensure high-quality resident care in collaboration with the Director of Nursing Services.

You will supervise care plans, administer medications, document accurately, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations while supporting a compassionate, resident-centered team.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Supervisory experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct nursing staff during assigned night shift.
• Ensure residents receive high-quality care per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assess resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical support to nursing personnel.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and promptly.
