WeCare Centers in Wellsboro, PA seeks an RN Supervisor to lead and support our nursing team on the night shift. You will oversee clinical care, ensure documentation accuracy, and collaborate with the DON and interdisciplinary staff to maintain high quality patient care.

The role requires an active PA RN license and prior experience in acute or long-term care. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive work-life balance.

Qualificações

• Valid RN license in PA is required.
• Experience as RN in acute care or long-term care is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to supervise nursing staff.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a professional role model by providing leadership, support and guidance.
• Maintain nursing staff performance through supervision and adherence to DON directions.
• Ensure a safe, healthy environment and proper clinical techniques.
• Oversee accurate documentation by nursing staff.
• Communicate with residents, families, vendors and interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in compliance and quality improvement activities.
• Complete nursing staff evaluations, coaching and education.
• Take on-call duties with other Nursing Leadership staff.
