WeCare Centers in New Castle, PA seeks a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing staff, oversee patient care, and ensure compliance with policies. This role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and maintaining a high standard of care in a supportive environment.

The RN supervisor will collaborate with the DON and facilities leadership, participate in quality improvement, and be available for on-call duties as needed. PA licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the State of PA.
• Experience as RN in acute or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff.
• Supervise nursing staff performance and coaching.
• Ensure safe environment and proper nursing techniques.
• Maintain documentation by nursing staff.
• Coordinate with DON, HR or Facility Admin as needed.
• Communicate with residents, families and interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in committees and audits.
• On-call duties with Nursing Leadership.
