Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the State of PA.
• Experience as RN in acute care or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide nursing staff; serve as role model.
• Maintain nursing staff performance with DON/HR collaboration.
• Ensure safe, healthy environment and proper techniques.
• Ensure complete nursing documentation.
• Communicate with residents, families, vendors, and interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in compliance and quality improvement activities.
• Conduct staff evaluations, coaching and training.
• Monitor delivery of high-quality care and perform audits.
• Share on-call duties with nursing leadership.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
