Join us to bring your best self to work with like-minded colleagues. As RN Supervisor on the night shift (11p-7a), you will provide direct nursing care, supervise nursing staff, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia RN license is required.
• BLS and CPR/First aid certifications are preferred.
• Associate degree in nursing required or equivalent.
• Willingness to make a difference and provide compassionate care.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with standards.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to assess and plan patient care.
• Administer medications and manage records as prescribed.
• Educate patients on procedures and discharge planning.
• Record vital signs and monitor equipment.
• Supervise support staff and licensed nurses.
