Job summary

Birchwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff in a long-term care setting. The role focuses on delivering high-quality resident care, supervising CNAs, and coordinating admissions and care planning.

The ideal candidate will hold an accredited nursing degree, PA RN license or GN, BLS, and prior skilled nursing facility experience, with strong leadership and communication skills. On-site, with flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Pennsylvania RN license or Graduate Nurse (GN).
• BLS Certification (AHA).
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing staff while ensuring excellent resident care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses.
• Perform resident assessments and assist with care planning.
• Supervise and guide CNAs and nursing staff.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate with physicians and care teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and high care standards.
