Job summary

Highland Pointe Health & Rehabilitation Center seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff in a SNF setting. You will assess resident needs, create care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants to maintain high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license in Ohio, CPR/BLS, and previous supervisory experience. Shifts are nights, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice (Ohio)
• CPR or BLS certification
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health record software

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer and evaluate nursing care.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff.
