Laurel Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Mount Laurel, NJ, seeks an RN Supervisor for our night shifts. The role supervises nursing care, ensures safety and quality, and provides clinical oversight across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active RN license in New Jersey.
• BLS certification (CPR) required.
• Experience managing multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Minimum 4+ years of nursing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of nursing laws and standards in nursing care centers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
