Job summary

Arbor Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in New Jersey is seeking an RN Supervisor for a full‑time night shift from 11 PM to 7 AM. The position offers hourly pay between $38 and $60, with daily pay options and comprehensive benefits.

As RN Supervisor you will supervise nursing care, provide clinical oversight, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a team in a fast-paced setting. A NJ RN license and BLS CPR are required, with at least 2 years of nursing experience; no prior supervisory

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in New Jersey.
• BLS certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• No prior supervisory experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
