RESPONSIBILITIES include administering treatments and documentation, completing assessments to determine resident needs, using health data to assess nursing diagnoses, counseling families, and performing other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio.
• Minimum of two years of relevant nursing experience.
