Job summary

Mountain Laurel Healthcare in the United States is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor for a night shift (11pm–7am). You will lead clinical operations, oversee plans of care, and support physicians during examinations in a long-term care setting.

The role requires RN licensure with CPR/BLS, and prior nursing/management experience in long-term care. BSN is preferred but not required. Join a team with engaged leadership and strong patient care focus.

Qualifications

• Nursing and Management experience in a long term care environment preferred.
• Must be an RN, Registered Nurse graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN is preferred but not required.
• Must have current RN License and current CPR or BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Directing, initiating and implementing resident/patient Plan of Care.
• Performing resident/patient assessments.
• Assisting Physicians during examinations and procedures.
• Preparing equipment, applying/changing dressings, and monitoring patients.
• Checking residents/patients’ vital signs and symptoms, maintaining records
• Overseeing clinical operations, the RN Supervisor also handles various administrative tasks
• Administering prescribed medications and injections.
• Acting as a leader in providing guidance to LPNs and CNAs.
• Assisting in the admissions and discharge process
