Job summary

Madison West Comprehensive Treatment Center in Madison, WI, seeks an RN Nurse Supervisor for our Outpatient MAT OTP program. This full-time role covers morning shifts (4:30 AM–1:30 PM) and oversees nursing staff, medication dispensing, and adherence to state and federal regulations.

The supervisor ensures quality patient care, maintains MARs accuracy, participates in staff development, and supports program operations within Acadia Healthcare's MAT network.

Qualifications

• RN from accredited nursing program.
• 2+ years of nursing experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health/addiction recovery environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the Medication Room to ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Supervises daily clinical operations and staffing schedules.
• Reviews medical records for compliance with state/federal regulations.
• Participates in QA activities and program development.
