Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervised substance use/addiction counseling experience.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of MAT protocols (methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone).

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of clinical staff in an outpatient OTP setting.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and CARF/JCAHO standards.
• Monitor counselor productivity and develop improvement plans.
• Assign staff, create schedules, and update staffing as needed.
• Conduct patient treatment plan reviews and chart audits.
