Job summary

Pinehurst Comprehensive Treatment Center is seeking an RN Nursing Supervisor to direct care in our outpatient MAT OTP program. This role emphasizes staff leadership, workflow optimization, and adherence to nursing standards within an outpatient opioid treatment setting.

The position requires an NC RN license with at least 2 years of nursing experience, plus supervisory background and familiarity with MAT regulations. Morning shifts, full-time hours, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• RN with minimum 2+ years nursing practice.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health/addiction recovery preferred.
• Knowledge of MAT regulations and safe medication handling.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily nursing operations in the OTP setting.
• Create staff schedules and assign roles; manage provider and staff coverage.
• Ensure medical records compliance with state/federal laws.
• Oversee quality assurance and safety initiatives; participate in policy development.
• Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, and training.
