Signature HealthCARE of Roanoke Rapids is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and ADL support, across shifts. You will supervise nursing assistants and ensure accurate clinical documentation while upholding resident dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and skilled nursing procedures.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) with dignity, safety, and comfort.
• Supervise and direct nursing assistants and medication aides during shifts.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to physicians and families.
• Develop and review individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
