Job summary

Summit Ridge Skilled Nursing & Rehab in Douglas, WY is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct resident care and supervise licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants. Qualifications

• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Current unrestricted RN license in practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily nursing activities and oversees LPNs and CNAs in accordance with policies.
• Administers medications as ordered and monitors for adverse effects.
• Documents changes in resident status and communicates with physicians and family as needed.
• Participates in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic resident care and compliance.
