Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Group is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the RMC Summit Ridge Nursing and Rehab in Douglas, WY. The role involves direct care under supervision, helping residents with daily activities and reporting changes to the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit (when applicable).
• At least one year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Assisted Living Facility preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living according to care plans and policies.
• Support nursing staff and med tech with assigned duties.
• Help with lifting, turning, positioning, and safe transfer of residents.
• Coordinate dining room services during meals and document intake.
• Record weights and monitor changes; report to nurse/supervisor.
• Document progress on flow sheets and communicate issues to supervisors.
