Ridgeview Post Acute in Colorado is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead a clinical team and ensure top-quality patient care. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with on-site responsibilities at our Colorado facility.

Salary ranges from $90,000 to $95,000 per year, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K match, DailyPay, and opportunities for career advancement. RN license is required and on-call duties apply.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members
• Work closely with the Director of Nursing to relay pertinent information regarding activity
• Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals
• Seek appropriate care for any acute illnesses or emergencies
• Chart in nurses notes as indicated
• Assist with scheduling of staff as needed
