Signature HealthCARE of Rogersville is seeking a licensed RN to join our skilled nursing team in a vibrant long-term care setting. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and support residents’ daily activities, while guiding nursing assistants and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Minimum one (1) year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience, preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role, preferred.
• Strong clinical observation, medication administration, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Assist residents with ADLs and ensure comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides during the shift.
• Monitor residents' status and notify physicians of changes.
• Develop and review individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
