• Current, valid RN licensure required.
• Experience in long-term healthcare preferred.
• Management or supervisory experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain nursing service objectives and standards per licensure and Nurse Practice Act.
• Evaluate staffing patterns to meet resident needs with the Director of Nursing.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive and implement physician orders.
• Develop and evaluate care plans.
• Supervise and coordinate subordinates.
• Oversee infection control compliance and safety.
