Job summary

Noble Health Care Center in Noble, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) PRN to join a facility specializing in long-term and rehabilitative care. You will participate in and direct patient care under physician orders and facility policies to ensure high-quality nursing services.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and effective communication with residents, families, and staff. Qualified candidates will hold a current RN license and have prior long-term care or supervisory

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license required.
• Experience in long-term healthcare preferred.
• Management or supervisory experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices.
• Evaluate staffing patterns in conjunction with the Director of Nursing.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and implement physician orders.
• Implements and evaluates care plans.
• Identifies and secures equipment supplies.
• Directs and oversees subordinate staff.
• Participates in duty assignments.
• Organizes/subordinates, tasks, and time allotments.
• Oversees/monitors subordinate staff activities.
• Evaluate staff performance and institute appropriate action/discpline/training.
• Monitor infection control compliance.
• Investigate/ document accidents/incidents.
• Other duties as assigned.
