The LVN will participate in and direct delivery of patient care in line with clinical systems, regulatory requirements, and physician orders, ensuring the highest quality services in a compassionate setting.

You will play a key role in creating a positive patient experience by delivering routine nursing care, documenting changes, and collaborating with a healthcare team to plan and adjust

Qualifications

• Current LVN license in Texas.
• Flexibility to pick up shifts.
• Solid understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Observing patients, charting, and reporting changes in patients' conditions
• Answering patients' calls and determining how to assist them
• Providing basic patient care or treatments
