Job summary

Bear Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities during the shift and ensure care meets federal, state, and local standards.

The role includes coordinating with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing, contributing to policies, quality assurance, and care plans, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels for safe, quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Experience with PCC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Assist the DON/ADON and ensure nursing staff comply with policies and procedures.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of care plans, QA programs, and discharge planning.
