Job summary
Essex Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Elizabethtown, NY seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead nursing staff, coordinate resident care, and uphold compassionate family-centered support. This role is part of Centers Health Care, with a focus on quality, safety, and team leadership.
The facility offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus, Daily Pay, tuition reimbursement, flexible schedules (FT/PT/Per-Diem), and a two-tier medical plan.
Qualifications
- Must hold valid RN license.
- Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience.
- Strong and positive Team Director for staff.
- Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and assign nursing staff to complete resident care.
- Provide support to residents and families to create a compassionate environment.
- Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests.
- Maintain a safe, clean working environment by following rules and regulations.
- Monitor confidential information processing to ensure resident confidence.
- Manage documentation of resident care services.
- Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams.
