Essex Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Elizabethtown, NY seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead nursing staff, coordinate resident care, and uphold compassionate family-centered support. This role is part of Centers Health Care, with a focus on quality, safety, and team leadership.

The facility offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus, Daily Pay, tuition reimbursement, flexible schedules (FT/PT/Per-Diem), and a two-tier medical plan.

Formación

• Must hold valid RN license.
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience.
• Strong and positive Team Director for staff.
• Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and assign nursing staff to complete resident care.
• Provide support to residents and families to create a compassionate environment.
• Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment by following rules and regulations.
• Monitor confidential information processing to ensure resident confidence.
• Manage documentation of resident care services.
• Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams.

Duties

• Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families
• Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests
• Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations
• Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
• Manage documentation of resident care services
• Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams

Requirements

• Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
