Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in Oklahoma.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Management or supervisory experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain nursing service objectives and standards per licensure.
• Evaluate staffing patterns with the Director of Nursing.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and implement physician orders.
• Implement and evaluate care plans.
• Identify and secure equipment and supplies.
• Direct and supervise subordinates.
• Organize and coordinate tasks and time.
• Monitor and oversee subordinate staff and performance.
• Investigate accidents/incidents as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
