Job summary

Coral Reef Subacute Care Center in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a full-time or part-time member. The role focuses on supervision, administrative duties, and ensuring quality resident care in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

Must have a current RN license for Florida.
2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related health care setting preferred.
Completion of post-secondary education and ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions.
Must be able to maintain regular attendance and adapt to a flexible schedule including evenings, nights and weekends.
Related experience appropriate to the position and the ability to supervise personnel.

Responsibilities

Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting.
Day-to-day supervision of licensed and non-licensed staff, including counseling and evaluations.
Maintain an ongoing quality assurance program for the nursing unit.
Develop methods to coordinate nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.
Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with staff.
