Job summary

Crescent Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will supervise nursing personnel and oversee daily activities during assigned shifts under the Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, evaluating staff performance, and maintaining compliance with regulations. The position requires an active RN license in Florida, CPR/BLS certification, and experience in geriatrics or subacute care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• One year of management experience (preferred).
• One year of experience in geriatrics or subacute care.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; additional languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings to identify and resolve concerns.
• Identify problems or potential issues in resident care and implement corrective action.
• Provide written and verbal reports or recommendations to the Director of Nursing.
• Assist in developing methods to coordinate nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care.
