Job summary

HMR Veterans Services, LLC in Alabama is seeking an LPN Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations and support high-quality resident care under the Director of Nursing. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while fostering excellence, compassion, and accountability.

You will supervise nursing activities, mentor staff, ensure standards, and collaborate with leadership to maintain a safe care environment and promote resident dignity and well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current, active, and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily nursing activities and clinical operations.
• Ensure quality resident care is delivered in accordance with standards and policies.
• Support, guide, and mentor nursing staff.
• Monitor compliance with applicable regulations and facility procedures.
