Qualifications

• Must have a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN license in this state.
• Must have leadership/supervisory ability and work harmoniously with personnel.
• Prior experience as an RN Supervisor in long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• The RN Supervisor is responsible to provide nursing supervision, coordination, and evaluation of the day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility.
