Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Pennsylvania.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in skilled nursing/long-term care.
• Strong clinical leadership and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor the nursing team (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) to uphold person-centered care.
