Complete Care at Kresson View is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff on assigned shifts in a compassionate, collaborative setting. The role emphasizes governance, rounds, education, and adherence to guidelines to ensure safe resident care.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred
• Computer knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC)

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
