Job summary

Maefair Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Trumbull, CT, is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for a part-time, 12-hour Saturday shift (7a–7p). You will lead an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality geriatric care, oversee facility operations, and ensure compliance with nursing policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license.
• 2 Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.
