Job summary

Ludlowe Center for Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an RN Supervisor for weekend hours (7a–7p) at our Fairfield, CT facility. You will lead an interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional resident care, safety, and regulatory compliance in a long-term care setting.

The ideal candidate holds a valid RN license and has supervisory experience in long-term care, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Interest in nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervising nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Overseeing daily operations, including staffing and resources.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
