Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists the Director of Nursing in organizing and directing day-to-day nursing staff.
• Admits, discharges and transfers patients as requested.
• Coordinates care planning/MDS process and committee meetings.
• Maintains effective communication with attending physicians.
• Provides education to licensed and unlicensed staff.
