Hartwell Health & Rehab in Hartwell, GA is hiring an experienced RN Supervisor to lead licensed and unlicensed nursing staff, admit/discharge patients, and ensure compliant care delivery. You will coordinate care plans, supervise MDS processes, and communicate with physicians to support optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires an active GA RN license and nursing degree, with a track record in supervision.

Qualifications

• A Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active RN license to practice in the State of Georgia.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assists the Director of Nursing in organizing and directing day-to-day nursing staff.
• Admits, discharges and transfers patients as requested.
• Documentation and billing supplies used.
• Coordinates care planning and MDS process and committee meetings.
• Maintains effective communication with attending physicians.
• Provides education to licensed and unlicensed staff as needed.
