Job summary

Townhouse Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing in Uniondale, NY is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead the nursing team during a 3pm-11pm shift. The role focuses on overseeing daily operations, staff support, and delivering high-quality resident care.

You will partner with the DON and ADON to ensure regulatory compliance, conduct rounds, manage performance, and mentor nurses. A NY RN license and at least two years in long-term care are required, with leadership experience highly

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in New York State.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in long-term care; leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the DON and ADON to manage nursing operations while ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Ensure all nursing personnel adhere to their job descriptions and uphold the highest standards of patient care.
• Assist during facility surveys conducted by regulatory agencies, ensuring readiness and compliance.
• Conduct daily rounds to monitor staff performance and promote best practices in clinical care.
