Job summary

Excelsior Care Group is looking for an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead the nursing team at Townhouse Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Uniondale, NY. This full-time role requires strong clinical skills and a compassionate leader who can maintain high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Prior leadership or RN management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate CNAs, LPNs, and RNs.
• Address clinical and administrative challenges.
• Provide expert clinical oversight in various situations.
